What is included in our basic online package?
Delivery the next working day after we have picked up your shipment
For shipments outside the Iberian Peninsula the delivery time can vary and will be between 2 and 3 working days
For international shipments, delivery times can vary between 1 and 5 working days
Shipments within the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

We transport your goods up to a maximum weight of 20kg. They must comply with the measurements L+H+W<150cm for domestic shipments and L+Hx2+Wx2<175cm for international shipments. You can send up to two units of the same product type for domestic shipments and one unit for international shipments.
For shipments weighing over 20kg or which exceed the above measurement requirements, call 902 10 10 10 in Spain or 707 50 10 10 in Portugal.

We deliver your shipment on the next working day before 10 am.
We deliver your shipment on the next working day before 1.30 pm.
We deliver your international shipment within 2 to 3 working days.
* Depending on the origin and destination of your shipment, you can select express delivery.
Comprehensive insurance included
Insure your shipment for up to 200€ for delivery within Spain and Portugal, up to 300€ for shipments to other countries.
Saturday delivery
If your shipment is urgent, you can request Saturday delivery for shipments within Spain and Portugal.
